Up for sale is a new set of six (6) replacement 1.500" Round Body Floor Pan Drain Plugs that will fit Jeeps with 1.500" (1-1/2 Inch) diameter floor drain holes.
a.k.a. Floor Drain Plugs, Floor Pan Drain Plugs, Body Plugs, Panel Plugs, Cargo Bed Plugs, let us simply refer to them as Floor Plugs.

These Floor Plugs fit the following Jeeps with steel bodies and 1.500" diameter drain holes:

FYI:
These Floor Plugs snap into the multiple drain holes in the floor and cargo bed of most Jeeps with steel bodies and 1-1/2 inch (1.500") diameter drain holes. Since previous owners may have removed these plugs to drain water, repair rust or paint, the plugs may now be missing from your Jeep. I have included six (6) 1-1/2" (1.500 Inch) Floor Plugs which is one more than the typical number required for most Jeep Cherokee XJ year models.
DIY:
Replacing Floor Plugs is easy as they simply snap into most 1-1/2 inch (1.50") diameter holes in Jeeps with steel bodies. Jeeps that have aftermarket spray on bed liners may have to be trimmed slightly, with a utility knife, if the bed liner was applied too thick around these drain holes. This project requires only basic hand tools like a flat head screwdriver, work gloves, eye protection and possibly a utility knife if the Jeep has a thick bed liner.
TIP: If necessary, use the rounded handle end of a screwdriver to exert more downward force around the perimeter of the Floor Drain Plugs when you are wedging them into place. Warming LDPE plastic Floor Drain Plugs in the hot sun or in hot water makes them extremely pliable and easier to wedge and bend into place, especially during cool weather. These plugs make a VERY TIGHT FIT which is necessary to prevent them from popping out on rough trails, and be water tight.
NOTE:
Before making a purchase, please measure the floor drain holes in your Jeep to make sure they have an I.D. (inside diameter) equal to 1-1/2 inch (1.500"). Also physically count the number of floor drain holes in your particular model of Jeep and order the quantity that best suits your needs. As for the setup, in my
1989 Jeep Cherokee XJ
(I know they made changes with some model years) but in my
1989 XJ
, 12 of the 1" (2 front floor area, 1 rear seat floor, 1 under rear seat, 2 in the rear cargo area = 6 on left side and 6 on right side). 5 of the 1.5" (2 in rear floor on both sides = 4. THE 5th 1.5" is center driver side in the cargo area just behind the seat - looks like it may be an access point over the gas tank.)
