Very rare large Philadelphia Enterprise Manufacturing Co. double wheel coffee grinder patent Dec 9th 1873 on grinder. On the central part of the grinder the patent is Oct 21st 1873. This large sold steel coffee grinder measures 44” tall (WITH EAGLE) by 21.5” (WITH HANDLE) wide. The wheel diameter is 30.5.” The colors are orange-red and dark-blue and there is a floral design that runs along the outside steel rim of both wheels. A #212 Philadelphia Enterprise coffee grinder like this is a rare find. Most of these coffee grinders are the smaller ones at 24” tall or 18” tall, this is the large one.
