Art Nouveau Metal Hanging Wall Plaque 3-D Woman Cameo

Art Nouveau 3-D Cameo of a woman wall plaque.  I don't know the metal but the color is that of a penny.  A magnet does stick to it.  Alone it weighs 4 pounds and 12 ounces.  I bought it second hand and have had it for years.   It is stamped 68.
Approximate measurements are;
13.5" tall and 10 1/8" wide.
