    Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) Souvenir Card B10, issued for Westpex '71.
    The card shows the designs of four California-themed stamps - Scott 997, the 3c California Statehood stamp of 1950; Scott 740, the 1c denomination from the National Parks series showing El Capitan at Yosemite; Scott 852, the 3c stamp commemorating the Golden Gate Exposition of 1939; and Scott 966, the Palomar Observatory issue of 1948.
    The card is in mint condition.
