    Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) Souvenir Card
    B56, issued for the International Paper Money Show IPMS 1982.
    The card shows the back of a 0 National Bank Note of the Second Charter period, Series 1882, referred to as a "brownback note."  Bank charter numbers are printed in the center of the back of these notes.
    The card has been cancelled at the BEP Visitors Center in Washington, DC on its First Day of Sale.
