Any packages over 00 must be sent via USPS Express mail which will be included in buyers invoice.

OVERSEAS SHIPPING POLICY
Packages under 0 can be sent via regular first class mail if the buyer is willing to accept the responsibility in the event of loss. Due to the high number of recent losses, packages over 0 in value and under 4 pounds in weight will be shipped via registered mail, a .00 fee which is added to the cost of the postage. (Postage is based on weight and destination.) Packages over 0 and/or under 4 pounds will be sent via priority mail, packages over 00 and over 4 pounds must go express mail and those shipping charges are based on total weight and destination.
