How the Pointe Builder system works

By training the feet to pull harder into a toe point during practice, you are teaching your feet the muscle memory to automatically pull the toes down.
That muscle memory during practice will translate into a deeper toe point during performances.
Ankle and Lower Leg Strengthening
Use the stronger bands or double up bands to create greater resistance. By sitting down and pointing and flexing your feet, you can use continuous resistance throughout the movement to strengthen the lower leg, ankle, and foot.
Stronger lower leg and ankles will not only help avoid injury, but also create greater strength for explosive leaps and jumps.
