    Most of the finish looks original: but there are, apparently,  some modifications, please see scans.
    This particular unit is an estate sale find that was repurposed as a table.  The glass is available and I would sale and ship that separately if buyer desires it but will not include with grinder because of obvious risk to glass table top.
