This is a pair of tall cut and etched glass, hurricane / chimney / lamp shade globes. This set features an American Eagle holding an olive branch and arrows in his talons and it is surrounded by 13 stars. There are a few places where the etchers wheel made marks where it should be clear glass, there are some “in the making bubbles”, there is a line inside the glass near the fitter, (this looks like a small crack inside the glass but, it can not be felt either in the globe or outside the globe), and there is a small flaw along the top rim. (This flaw is not sharp like a chip). The fitter edges have the usual small chips. The pair stands approximately 10 1/8 inches tall by 1 5/8 inches at the fitter by 4 ¾ inches across the top opening.
