It is a Vintage Wall Mount coffee grinder Delft design and is Dutch Made by the great Maker"DE VE"/"DeVe"."DE VE" was associated with "Pe De" (Peter Dienes) in Germany and shared many components.No chips or cracks in ceramic hopper and glass catch cup, just paint chips around lid and wooden handle.
