One West German BGS Sumpftarn water Pattern camo Hooded Smock. This type issued to BGS Border Guard., this pattern was used until the mid 1970's. Heavy Duty Parka, with attached hood, button in liner, 2 Chest pockets, 2 hip pockets, Opti Front zipper, v-cro shoulder pocket for pens etc. tagged in neck very small "94" not shown in images, inner tag inside inner pocket, apparently the size is "94", roughly chest up to 46, perhaps a bit larger fit without the liner, overall length 39 inches, 3/4 length parka., sleeve length 25 inches, a bit longer. I put this on ( I wear a  size 46 jacket), and fit well just binded a bit under the arms with the thickness of the liner. This is unused, prepared for issue but never used. The pen pocket has evidence of patch scroll and patch removed from that area, small stitch marks are present. There is one small imperfection on the center back area that I point to with a finger. Overall, unused near mint, in the right light the sheen that comes off the camo is excellent. Hard to find parka.
